Productivity gains in the manufacturing sector have been made possible in particular by the implementation of operational excellence in an organized manner across all functions associated with the value chain.
On the contrary, the infrastructure and construction sector stands out for its relatively low margin levels and a productivity problem that is difficult to solve.
This observation is reinforced by the current context, which is further constraining the economic tensions of the sector, in particular due to the implementation of limiting site organizations to respect social distancing and the health rules imposed.
