Patrick DUPIN, MBA, PhD.
Over the past 25 years, I have gained extensive experience in the construction field, working both on construction sites and in operations and business management. My expertise includes supporting various operational issues.
Since 2011, I have provided support to more than 350 projects and companies across France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Mauritius. This has enabled me to build a comprehensive and diverse library of best practices that can benefit all stakeholders involved in the construction process - from small businesses to large groups, and covering everything from structural work to finishing techniques.
I hold a PhD in project management optimization for construction sites from the University of Nottingham (UK) and an MBA from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. With my expertise, I can offer assistance to both construction sites and management or business leaders.
Besides, I am also an author and international speaker. I wrote the first book on site optimization through lean management, which was published by Eyrolles in 2014. The second edition of this book is due to be published in 2024. It has become an essential project management tool for companies, developers, and project managers, with over 170,000 copies sold.
